[TNX NG3K] GM - A group of ten operators from the Sands Contest Group and the Workington & District ARC will be active as MS0SCG the Isle of Jura (EU-008) on 22-28 September. "Avoid sending green stamps to India while sending QSL cards", Pai says. IRCs are fine, and he also accepts "postage stamps instead of IRC or green stamp, so if you have any spare stamps or envelopes with stamps from your country or DX contacts, I will be happy to get them".
